Mandriva Wont connect
I tried google, and couldnt find anything and im officially frustrated...
I installed the latest mandriva on a amd64 3200+.........
First problem i ran into was mandriva wouldnt partition my hardrive right i kept getting a "no hdlist found" error......after a million try's somehow it installed.......
I was really impressed with how fast it was , ive tried a few other destributions but this was the fastest with kde......
The problem i cant connect to the internet, actually it wont stay connected, sometimes i can stay connected for a few seconds and they it stops......
My netword card is a Realtek rtl8139.....
Im not very expierinced with linux and i really dont know what im doing over here......
also after trying to connect to the internet , after i press the repair button or something like that my linux starts to freeze and i cant launch anything......
I have comcast cable and a rca cable modem...

Okay, if you are using KDE open the contol panel and check your settings for the internet, and make sure everything is ok.
