mandrake 9.1 shorewall/firewall blocking apsolutely EVERYTHING

hi

I have a problem with mandrake 9.1 gateway/shorewall at the moment my gateway is working perfectly but my shorewall is blocking apsolutly every port. that means no onling games exept for a few...etc
.is there a simple way to get around this problem like opening all ports to a single client on the network for e.g 192.168.0.3 but only on the network not externally?

I would greatly apreseate any help.
