Mandrake 10, I am having problems with shares

Hi. When I was using Mandrake 9.2, I managed to network my computers.
I forget the procedure.

Now that I am using Mandrake 10.0, I am having difficulty networking my shared directories. I created a directory called /net and in that directory I have 4 subdirectories. One of them is /net/a_downld/ and I have configured it to be shared. But I cannot get these directories to be recognized. I know I did it with Mandrake 9.2 but I cannot find the applet that I used to do it in Mandrake 10.0.

I have already configured my eth card. Its ok
My windows box finds my mdkgroup that Mandrake automatically creates.

So how do I link these directories to be recognized by my network?
