Manage torrent from a MacOS computer / Shared files


hello
i have lubuntu 12.04 precise on an ibook g4 power pc A1134.
i want to convert it in a NAS.
I just need to manage torrent from a apple macbook pro with mac os, and have access to a shared directory.
i am fully noob into this.

do you know how to do it ? some routes to search the solution ?
