making changes permanent through mii-tool

Hi,
I have broadcam 57xx NIC.
By default it operates at 100Mb- half duplex.
Using mii-tool i forced it to 100Mb full duplex.
Its working fine but as soon as i do service network restart it changes back to 100 Mb Half Duplex.
How do the make changes permanent through mii-tool ?

Cheers,
Rahul

The easiest way would be just to add the mii-tool command to your network startup script.
