Make a ROUTE persistent accross boots of the system

Hello Guys....

I need to install a new route on my RedHat 7.2. so

I did like that:

route add -net 192.168.200.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 dev eth0

It work great.

But everytime I restart my computer I lose the route.... =o(
What is the option to make it persistete??????

THX!

I believe RedHat uses a file called /etc/sysconfig/static-routes to do exactly what you're asking during network "start"s.

You may want to look at http://www.redhat.com/support/resour...ig-Tips-4.html
