mail server

ok first off os slackware 8.0

second heres what i want to do i want to set up a mail server most likely qmail and receive all of my parents e-mail on this box then i want to examine all messages and delete all attachements that are not text files or pictures then i want to send them up to a windows 98 box where they would get the e-mail(outlook express) so should i just have my box log into my isp using pop3 and then just set up another pop3 on my box to allow the win98 box to get the mail from it?

have i confused anyone yet? :P

For instance: Fetchmail gets mail from ISP's smtp host (or local MTA accepts mail) and delivers locally > use procmail or something like renattach to filter out unwanted stuff > finally deliver to maildir/mailbox. > Have pop3 daemon running < ppl get mail.
