MA DSL providers that like Linux

Anyone in the Northeast US manage to find a DSL provider that is compatible with Linux? In my travels, I found Verizon isn't terribly Linux friendly, nor is Comcast... any other suggestions? I'd like to eventually drop the dial up connection, but not if it means I have to use Windows to go online...

I use Verizon, and I've had no problems at all. They use pretty standard PPPoE, which is about as good as it gets, besides a static LAN, or possibly DHCP. But it seems ISPs don't use those anymore, for the most part...

Verizon works fine if you just grab rp-pppoe.

Speakeasy.net is national and they're very friendly to non-Windows OSs. They have tech support information on their page for Mac OS and Linux.
