Post Logon samba on other samba password list

Hello, is my first time here, and sorry my mistakes in english.
My problem is this.
I have now two servers in my net, the twos runing samba sharing diferent data informations, for two places. OK

Let say the first one is the of old samba server and the new one of new samba server.

One server (old samba) have all the acounts, and password inside. OK
Other, the new, i wanna that use the acounts and groups in the old, so i read some about <password server> and security=server option in smb.conf, but how i use this? i need usage in my new samba server something like

security=server
password server = [point to netbois name or IP of my old pc samba]

???????
and my old samba PC will reconinaze the request of password? the old PC samba no need one tool sharing acounts(LDAP, X.500, etc), or something else? please, help-me!
I thanks very much since now! - Chico
