Well from what you've said, all we can say is that you need to ssh to that dynamic IP address, assuming that that IP is indeed internet routable. You've not said if you can or can't do this already, what errors you've had etc... You've indicated that you believe all firewalls are set up right, which is confusing as I would assume you are asking what "right" is in the first place.

Thank for your annser!
I decribe more detail
My Centos' static ip : 10.0.0.10
My Laptop static ip : 10.0.0.5
When i use my laptop log to Centos 5.4 by SSH, i't ask U&P of Centos.I think i config correct SSH server, firewall.
Now, i want to from INTERNET log my Centos by SSH. Could you give me solution?
Well again, you've given no more detail there about why this isn't already working... your machine has a public IP address on the WAN? and firewalls are correctly configured (you say that they are, right...????) so you would just ssh to the public address over the internet.
IF you have infact done no firewall configuration at all, and you actually just have a trivial home network (which again, you've not told us anything about) then go to portforward.com find your router and forward port 22 from your public router IP to the internal machine.
