Load balancing just going out one hop

hey, im trying to do a load balancing with three isps,

i've read the lartc.org guide, but i find that my traffic is only going out(balanced) on one gateway.

my basic setup is 3 routers to a linux box with an internal network.

Default traffic is to go through one of the routers, and marked packets are to be balanced over the other two.

But i notice that instead of bein balanced over the two routers, ALL (marked) traffic go through one.

My route table for marked traffic is a default route, with a nexthop.

Am i missing anything?
