LIsa PRoblems

Hi:

I have been using gentoo since the last year and i had never had this problem until i change my computer and installed gentoo on it. Lisa was installed with kde having the samba use flag so at the beginning everything was just fine it worked perfectly but recently when i am in user mode i cant use lisa at all, it returns me:

Code:
The Lisa daemon does not appear to be running.
In order to use the LAN Browser the Lisa daemon must be installed and activated by the system administrator.
But when i enter root mode is okay so i guess is a permission problem

thanks anyway
lonrot
