lisa fail

So I am running slackware 9 and I am using KDE
When i try to run Lisa it fails
Code:
NetManager:: prepare: bind (TCP) failed, errno: 98
I cant figure out what this means, and I cannot use my network as a result.

Konqueror keeps telling me I need to start the lisa daemon. Right now I have this in my rc.local file
Code:
if [ -x /opt/kde/bin/lisa ]; then
echo "Starting LISa daemon..."
/opt/kde/bin/lisa fi
(copied from lisa-home.sourceforge.net, I have no idea what it means )
but I dont think this is working since when I try to use the lan via konqueror I get that message telling me to start Lisa.
Thanks soooo much for any help!
