linux support merlin g100 card

I am looking for any help in setting up a Merlin g100 card in SuSU 8.2. I believe that I need an entry in the /etc/pcmcia/config file as well as a chat file. I would like to think that it is somewhat the same as a Sierra 750 Aircard, but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
