You will need to configure Samba.
Some GUI tools like SWAT and WebMin are available.

I don't understand.

Is your printer working in Linux ?

To add a printer to the network, you need to edit the file /etc/samba/smb.conf
On the workgroup = line, add a workgroup name.

Look for the printers share. It should look like this.
Code:
[printers]
comment = My Linux Printer
path = /var/spool/samba
browseable = yes
guest ok = yes
writable = no
printable = yes
To restart the Samba service, in a console window type: service smb restart

You can also try using Webmin.

Yeah, I did that. The printer works perfectly in Linux.

When I browse for printers in Windows, I see the workgroups and not the printers when I click them.

How exactly should I add the printer to windows? \\what\what ?

If I remember correctly...
In Windows, go to the Control Panel, click on Printers, select Network Printer, and select the printer from the tree in the workgroup.

If the printer is not showing up, than it is not being advertised.
Refer to my previous post concerning the printers share.
