Linux 9 Shrike Packet Fowarding Help???

Hi,

I am attempting to use a Linux 9 box as an Gateway router between my lan and the outside world...
At this time, I am using DHCP for my local lan, as well as towards my ISP......
I can ping my internal gateway, but cannot get across the Linux box to ping my other interface (towards my ISP)...I can also get to the internet pinging from within the linux box, and thru Mozilla....
eth0 is my wan gateway device and eth1 is my lan gateway device, on the linux box...
I presently have ACCEPT all for INPUT FORWARD and OUTPUT in iptables, in an attempt to make this work...
ipv4 forwarding is enabled at 1...................

Any Help of Ideas from anyone?

Thanks In Advance!!!
