It looks like your IP address and subnet mask are mismatched, causing your router and Linux box to effectively be on two different networks. With a netmask of 255.255.255.0, the first three octets of each machine's IP address should be identical. The usual convention when using static, non-routeable
IP addresses (such as the 192.168.1.x range) on a internal LAN is:
Network = 192.168.1.0
Router = 192.168.1.1
Machine #1 = 192.168.1.2
Machine #2 = 192.168.1.3
Machine #3 = 192.168.1.4
