Question Linksys Etherfast USB 10/100 Network Adapter

I am using Mandrake 9.0 at the moment, and from my experiences thus far, I think it’s a great operating system. However, there is one problem - getting my USB100M Linksys USB 10/100 network adapter to work. Has anyone installed one of these devices on Linux and, if so, can anyone spare the drivers needed for the hardware to work? Thanks.

Ok, total noob question here.

I installed red hat 8 on a laptop and I have the same network adapter. I need a real step-by-step, idiot proof explanation of that link. I have the rtl8150.c file in my root directory. I'm not sure what to do next.
