limit Apache WebDAV uploads by file extension

I setup a WebDAV folder on our intranet server for sharing iCalendar (.ics) files. How do I tell Apache to only accept uploads with the extension .ics?

For example, I don't want people uploading scripts (such as PHP) or junk (such as .mp3 files).

As plan-B, is there a way to limit WebDAV uploads by file size?
