Lenny Debian VLAN tagging Q

Hello Forum,

i have the task to forward all packets from VLAN 7 to another NIC and removing the VID 7 tag in the process.

I have 3+1 NIC@Proxmox (2.6.18):
eth0:connected to the router on LAN-Port
eth1:connected to the router on WAN-Port (external Router is using PPPOE)
eth2:connected to the VDSL-modem (talks only on VLAN 7,8)
eth2.7:Virtual Device VID7
I switched IP-Forwarding on for routing.

My VDSL-modem HS300 only accepts connections to the internet from VLAN7. VLAN8 is being used for IPTV but i dont need that.
My VPN-Router wich i like to be used dont speaks VLAN on his WAN-Port.

The packets shouldnt get any processing except for the VLAN-Tagging.
So i need a solution for forwarding all packets from eth1 to eth2.7 and tagging them with VID7 on this way. And same for the other way except i need to get rid of the VID-Tag on this direction.

How may i do that?
Im a Linux beginner from Germany and thank in advance for any help

Since im still puzzled how to get things to work maybe i should try to divide the problem.

Q1: How do i forward all packets from on NIC to another (packets unharmed)
Q2: Is VLAN tagging managed from the start if i forward traffic between VLANS or do i have to configure the tagging first?
Q3: Should i look into bridging or are im fine with iptables/iproute?

Please help me get out of the dark
