lartc mail list working?
 
Is the lartc mail list working? I've tried twice to register but I don't even get a "confirmation needed" email. Maybe they are just rejecting me... but I'd like to know why... or maybe the list has been moved somewhere else. I tried in http://mailman.ds9a.nl/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/lartc

Is it allive at all? I see the last messages in their archive are from the beginning of 2008. Maybe their community have moved on another site? Also some of the documentation at LARTC is missing (not translated from Polish (wtf), 404). The iproute2 also seems hosted on a dead site and the last releases I'm able to find are from about year 2007. Is the tc project still running and developing? If not, is there another solution for complicated traffic control in linux (besides iptables)?
