LAN problem: 2 computers access

Hi all
I'm sorry for a question doesn't concern with Linux. But it's a network problem, so I think lots of you know. Could you please help me?

I have a wireless router, of course computer can connect by cable. Some of my computers connect to it with no problem, but there's only one computer ( Toshiba NIC:10~1000MBs) even it connects by cable or wireless then my router gets down. I mean i have to restart my router cause it doesn't work. I don't know why there's only one new computer has problem, non of my computers has that kind of problem.
My network: 28.10.81.0/24 ( from 2 to 254) , WEP : 128bits. Corega router WLBAR-54GT

Thanks for any reply.
