KVM over Internet (Remote on BIOS through WWW) ?

We have in our Serverroom some KVM, but no one to get access from outside (office or home).

I'm looking for a box who can emulate a Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor with Firefox.
And it should no be soo expensive (<600$) ?

Any experiences or recommendations ?

I was researching something similar to this and stumbled upon the iPep box from Adderlink. Here is a URL:

It's an IP based box that has an integrated VNC server, so you assign it an IP, place it on your network and hit it remotely with a VNC viewer. You can then connect it directly to a PC, server, or KVM. My only concern is whether you can assign a password to it, and whether it would support encryption which may or may not be a concern for you.
