Kubuntu - Network Interface Hanging on bootup

When I start Kubuntu, it hangs on "Configuring Network Interfaces" until I press enter. Any way to fix this problem?

not enough info provided. are you using a dhcp server? is it a router or nix box setup with dhcp server on it to assign addresses?

The addresses are all static so I don't know why it hangs here.
