KPPP vs ppp-go in slackware

Ok after a tremendous week of setting my distro, getting various errors like pap authenticate error and lcp timed-out, I've finally been able to connect to the internet now. My problem is that i could only connect through ppp-go via the console and I can't using KPPP dialer. What seems to be the problem in here? if using the kppp dialer im still stuck with "logging on to network" dialog then exits with a connect script error. Aren't the two dialer the same? I mean don't they share the same setting written in the /etc/ppp/options and /etc/ppp/pppscript? I would appreciate any help with you guys. Thanks! Regards.

The pppd daemon used is the same, but ppp-* and KPPP use different arguments and scripts. Something is not properly configured with KPPP. I used wvdial for this, cause I could not get it working with pppsetup or KPPP. wvdial is more intelligent and can automagicly do everything..
