Arrow knoppix network devices

hey everyone

i've just bought a new laptop recently and decided to try and run Knoppix STD 0.1, as well as the Knoppix DVD 5.0.1

in both cases, knoppix was not able to detect any network devices, wired or wireless

my laptop's network devices, according to System Information in Windows Vista are:

Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN
RealtekRTL8101 Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)

the rest of my laptop specs:

HP Pavilion dv6568se
Intel Core 2 Duo T5450 @ 1.66 GHz
2.0 GB RAM
GeForce 8400M 128 MB

i'm just wondering, are these specific models not supported in the latest versions of knoppix? if not, are there other livecd distributions that do support them? or could this be some other problem where i'm simply not configuring them properly?

thank you for your help

Can you post the output from the following commands while running either live disk please?

Code:
/sbin/lspci -v
/sbin/lsmod
/sbin/ifconfig -a
If you can't connect to any networks, you could save the output to a text file on a usb drive or shared partition then post it.
Good luck. ;-)
