kerberos squid proxy integration with active directory
Hi guys,
I recently set up a CentOS 6.4 server and I would like to integrate it with an existing windows 2000 server for authorization. I would like users to sign in their windows account before being able to see the content on the linux server.
I've been following this guidehttp://wiki.bitbinary.com/index.php/Active_Directory_Integrated_Squid_Proxy#NTP_Configuration,
but its geared towards debian. I tried using equivalent commands, but I am kind of stuck now.
On the ntpd step which is step 6 i believe. When I run ntpq -p I get an refid of 0.0.0.0, but the other sections have values. At first I thought this was fine so I moved on, but then I encountered wrong packages. I can't install any of the packages for kerberos, squid, and any other below the ntpd step. I am confused and stumped. I had to install the ntp before trying the step. Help please.
Thank you

I just read the sticky, is this in the wrong forum? If so can a mod move it to the linux server forum
Thank you and sorry if it was wrong.
