iwconfig and aironet350 and dhclient in RH8.0

I have found the threads here on configuring a wireless adapter in RH8.0 very helpful, and have been able to get mine working using all the iwconfig commands to set all the parameters.

I am using these commands now:

iwconfig eth1 rate auto
iwconfig eth1 essid myssid
iwconfig eth1 enc mywepkeystring
dhclient eth1

After they are all entered, I am online wirelessly, and it works great!

My question is: How do I automate this, so I don't have to set all the parameters and do a dhclient manually every time I start up my laptop?
