issue with uefi pxe boot on rhel 6.5 as pxe server

I have setup rhel 6.5 as pxe server and trying to perform uefi pxeboot.
prior to this, i have done legacy pxe boot on same pxe server successfully.
when pxe client attempts uefi pxe boot,
client broadcasts DHCPDISCOVER and pxe server received it and pxe server reverts with DHCOFFER.
but pxe client is not broadcasting DHCPREQUEST after this, it keeps on sending DHCPDISCOVER until pxe server times out.

what could be the issue here?

Is your system fully tested to work as uefi pxe boot?

This is first time I am trying to enable uefi pxe boot on this system.
I have setup dhcp.conf, tftp and nfs for installation media to boot uefi pxe.

According to MS pages, some machines were not capable of uefi pxe boot even though they had both uefi and pxe available. Might contact the vendor of the system to be sure.
