Question Issue with OpenVPN and Network Manager

Hi all,

I have a problem with configuring OpenVPN with Network Manager. I know that configuration works, because I can connect from Windows with the same settings.
But it appears that network-manager-openvpn does not support all settings that I require. I have tried to use version 0.9.10 of Network Manager on Debian. But a lot of articles out there tell me that there is a bug with importing the configuration. So I tried it manually without luck.

I also tried version 1.0.0 on Fedora. Although I could import the configuration now, I still could not connect. Manually configuring gave me the same options as in version 0.9.10.

I was wondering if someone could see if my configuration can work with Network Manager and if not, is there a solution that can make it work.

dev tap
proto tcp
remote 1194
resolv-retry infinite
ca ca.crt
cert client.crt
key client.key
tls-auth ta.key 1
cipher AES-128-CBC
verb 3
remote-cert-tls server
By the way, I tested the config on linux with success as well with the following command:
openvpn --client --config ./OpenVPN/Thuis/client.ovpn
