ISP Based Caching !!

We've deployed a caching server(Linux) in our local ISP to cache mp4 files for our domain mydomain.com. Our ISP provided us with 2200+ ip prefixes to route these 2200+ ips requests towards the local caching server and rest should be served from main server located in U.S. So if any ip from the 2200+ prefixes requests for mydomain.com will be routed towards the local caching server and rest of the world will be routed towards the main server located in U.S.

Can someone point me to the right direction in order to achieve this goal?
