Arrow ISDN help

Dear friends
i have redhat linux

i configured ISDN via Com port by PPP .

now isdn connection is working fine.

my connection speed is 128 kbps..

but always working maximum 64 kbps(one stream) only

the ISP saying that "your have to enable mlppp to get one more 64 kbps because when we check in our side you are using only 64kbps steam"

so what i have to do?

is ther any file to change maximum bandwidth to 128kbps

or any other solutions...?

Muthuvel
