Is there a way to carry out 'ftp' from Linux to Windows without using tool like Filez

Hi,

Is there a way to carry out 'ftp' from Linux to Windows without using tool like Filezilla ...?

The requirement is:
I want to transfer a file from Linux to Windows. But, the Windows client may differ each time (IP address is known). I do not want the Windows user to install any additional tool to this.

Is this possible? Please help me and kindly give me your suggestion.
Let me know, if my question is not clear.

Thank you very much in advance.

Murali.

A command line ftp client similar to the linux version is usually installed by default on windows.

Any ftp client basically work the same so different clients shouldn't matter.

What ftp server are you running on the linux box. You will need to change its configuration file depending on what you want to do.
