Is there a peerguardian style app for linux?

Or a way to block those ip ranges without writing 1000 iptables commands.

If there isnt one, i'll simply create a shell script to do it, and upload it to a few places. But it would be nice to know if someone has already made one, before i spend a couple of hours creating it.

Thx in advance.

If you go to the bluetack converter page, you can enter the peerguardian IP list and get out a bash script that will set it up in iptables.

There is generally understood rule of not simply posting links to drive traffic to your own site. Also, users with under 5 posts have been restricted from posting links in the past, so I'm not even sure how this one get past. In any case, if you're not a contributing member of the forum, then it's unfair to come here and try to drive users to your own site. Also, the fact that this post was months old and you choose to bump it with self-advertisement does not reflect particularly well on your intentions.

Feel free to e-mail me if you're unclear about the policy.
