Is that possible to save the current file to local windows folder via network?

We are running the some linux software via ssh and xming on the MS Windows side. Within that software, we have to save the file to the current directory in linux and then use ssh to send it back to windows. Is that possible to directly save the file to the folder of windows?

yes, you need a samba server for that.
