Is there any way to know if my internet activity is being monitored? Such as which website I am visiting ? If so then is it possible to check it from my Linux shell?
Actually my landlord provides me my internet connection. So I am not feeling comfortable if he is monitoring my activity or not ?
The web log entries in your other posts are examples of what gets logged on the web servers you visit...so each site you visit knows you were there and what pages you looked at...although it's not "you", but your IP address that gets logged.
Is anyone "monitoring" that? Probably not at the destination servers, anyway.
Your browser history could provide some information about what you've looked at, but that's easy to clear out. I do it every time I shut the browser down (it's a setting)
Otherwise, I have nothing to add to what ondoho already said.
