Is it possible to filter only LDAP traffic using any traffic shaping tools?

Hello,

I need to filter LDAP traffic and then use some tool to delay that traffic.
I am using tc qdisc to delay traffic but this would delay the whole traffic in the server - tcp, udp, etc.

Is there a way to delay only LDAP traffic and leave the rest of the traffic as normal?
I was looking at using iptables and traffic control together. Not sure if this is possible.

Thanks !
