i cannot ftp into my linux box from work....i think they have blocked the ftp port....so i was thinking of setting up an IRC server so i can transfer my files that way.....i was just wondering if linux had a build in version? im running slack 8.0 .
Or is there a good program out there for this that anyone knows of that is easy to set up? i dont have X running on my server so it would have to be a console program. also Road Runner sometimes doesnt like connecting to anything but relic.net, so it would have to be able to connect to that as well.....please help
