ipw2200 firmware errors

I was checking my dmesg earlier today and discovered a repeating line I didn't like:

ipw2200: Firmware error detected. Restarting.

I use the Intel Pro Wireless 2200, so that part isn't a mystery to me. Obviously internet connectivity is just fine. Has anyone else had/fixed this problem? Obviously I need to update my firmware, but I'm sure how to check my firmware version, which is the first step!

Thanks for any help
