Question IPv6 prefix delegation Dibbler

Hi folks,

So in reference to my earlier post about prefix delegation Implementing DHCPv6 client/requesting router on linux box. I've decided to use linux machines for both of the routers i.e. the delegator and the requester.
I've tried a simple setup as illustrated in the user manual of Dibbler Here's a link but could not get it working. Especially I'm not sure if I have to run anything on the local LAN PCs to get the downstream ips(maybe like radvd).
Could somebody help me please by providing a step by step configuration?
I'd really appreciate your help.

Best,
imin
