problem: create a firewall using iptables.

How do I <b>accept</b> all incoming packets to the port 22 but <b>reject</b> all incoming udp and tcp packets targetting the ports 137,138,139 of the host 192.230.110.54 --But at the same time, accepting all incoming connections to 137,138,139 from the local area network?

In plain english, I just want to reject any connections from outside the network 192.230.110.0 targetting Samba Server 192.230.110.54. Only SSH will be allowed from outside. But I'd like to accept any Samba users from within the LAN 192.230.110.0.
