iptables and scp

Hi!
The following iptables allow ssh connections but scp don't work. How could I change my iptables so that scp get through the firewall?

Code:
Chain INPUT (policy DROP)
target prot opt source destination
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:ssh
ACCEPT all -- anywhere anywhere state RELATED,ESTABLISHED
ACCEPT all -- localhost anywhere

Chain FORWARD (policy DROP)
target prot opt source destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
Thanks.

Unless i am mistaken scp uses ssh for network traffic and so it uses port 22 like ssh.
I tried in my pc and it works.
If ssh works then scp should work too.
