Unhappy IPsec packets blocked

I established an IPsec connection between two PCs. But, when I ping one another I get no repsonse. I used Ethereal to capture the transmitted packets and I saw that they were IP packets. So, it seems that IPsec packets blocked in someway.

I have disabled my firewall ... Any proposition?
