ipfm.conf problem

I want to log only internet traffic, not local traffic with ipfm, so i put these lines in ipfm.conf:
-------
DEVICE eth1
LOG 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
LOG 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0 NOT WITH 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
FILENAME "/var/log/ipfm/%Y/%m/%d/%H:%M:%S"
DUMP EVERY 1 minute
CLEAR EVERY 24 hour
SORT TOTAL
RESOLVE
-------
but bw-ipfm.pl reports just 0's. what am i doing wrong?
