IPCop with ADSL Router ?
 
Hi,

I am trying to configure IPCop to connect with Zyxel ADSL router and my internal network.
the router is dial itself to get to the internet.

How can I configure IPCop to know that the RED is my router, I am trying to find out several menu, it seem like IPCop must dial itself.

I would like to dial to internet with my router.

please advise :rolleyes:

  1. How new are you to IPCop?
  2. Please give a model # & link for your Zyxel ADSL router.
  3. Is it internal or external?
  4. Assuming it's external, are there at least 2 NICs in your IPCop box?
W/ aDSL, The "dialing" you speak of is the PPPoE connection that your ISP requires. You probably will set that up on the aDSL modem by logging in to its web interface after you have it connected.

trisquel can't connect to internet in campus line
 
hello all:
Yesterday, I install an trisquel system based on ubuntu. But, I can't connect to internet by adsl, while my classmate can do it in his ubuntu system by same configration. I use the campus line by which we login by our students' number, help !!!:cry:
