IPCop : Limit incoming traffic to selected IPs and hostnames

I want to allow incoming traffic on port 813 of IPCop.
But I want to restrict it by IP addresses and hostnames with wildcards.

Like allowing IPs:
123.123.123.*

Like allowing hosts:
*.thosehosts.com

How can I do this?
