ipchains help needed


I have installed linux 7.3 and masq with ipchains with below rule


IPCHAINS -A forward -i $EXTIF -s 10.1.1.0/24 -j MASQ
IPCHAINS -I input -s 10.1.1.0/24 -d all/0 80 -j REDIRECT 3128 -p tcp


This gives internet access to my 10.1.1.0 network

now i suppose to do 10.1.1.5 should't browse net
i want to drop 10.1.1.5 this ip it should't have net access i wan to block internet on this ip

so pls let me know
