ipchains forwarding rules
Ok my cursory search has not uncovered what I am looking for, at least I don't think it did. I have a pptpd vpn server setup. Essentially however, it is the same as a dial in server ie: if I dialed in with a computer to my modem a ppp connection would be opened, and when I vpn connect I get a ppp connection setup. The server is a proxyarp for the assigned ip address to the connected computer, what I'd like to do is on pptp tunnel launch ( the ppp connection comes up) I want an ipchains rule to go into effect routing all traffic to and from those machines through the ppp connection, I know how to get it to start, and then go away when the vpn connection is terminated, but what is a default rule to allow all traffic through can anyone help? I am using ipchains becuase the server is a ppc and debian the installed os only supports the 2.2 kernal on ppc currently.
