IPA Displays Router Configuration Page

It seems there have been similar questions but no answers in both the forum and by searching the internet. So I guess I will post my question. The question I have regards the following

Apache
SSL
Port 443 and 80
Linksys Router
Fedora Core 1

The problem is when I connect to my ip I pull my router configuration page. Also when I netstat I am not listening for port 80 or 443, may be stealth. I have them set in my httpd.conf to listen 443 and 80. I think maybe that since those are not listening I am defaulted to my router config. I do have remote administration setup and also I am pulling pages on localhost just no go with the regular ip. The funny thing is my server and router worked together before. I just did a clean install of RH9 and migrated to fedora, installed the webserver and no pages, only by localhost.
