Unhappy ip_masq_irc.o troubles

I've found quite a few FAQs dealing with how to get DCC sends to work with IP masquerading, and I've set up all of the options that I need to on the mIRC client on my windows box. However, my linux box appears to be missing the module ip_masq_irc.o. All of the FAQs I have read seem to suggest that I should have it (Redhat 7.1), but I can't find it by either "modprobe -l" and "locate ip_masq_irc.o". modprobe and insmod, of course, return a "module not found" error.

I spent a long time searching for it online, only having it spit back a "can't handle sections of type 1769472" error when I try to insmod it. I'm just about ready to give up...
